This policy explains what Croox collects through croox.io, why it is collected, where it is stored and how you can ask us to correct or delete it.
Information we collect
When you request a Workflow Cost Scan, we collect the details you choose to submit: your name, work email, company website and optional description of the workflow you want to examine.
Our web server may also process basic technical request information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as time of request, requested page, browser information and IP address.
How we use your information
- To reply to your request and arrange the scan.
- To prepare for the workflow discussion using the information you provide.
- To prevent spam, troubleshoot failures and protect the website.
- To keep a record of business enquiries and any follow-up you request.
We do not sell submitted contact information or use it to build advertising profiles.
Storage and service providers
Form submissions are sent over HTTPS to a Croox-controlled service and stored in a private database on Croox's hosted server. Hosting, domain and infrastructure providers may process limited information as needed to operate and secure the site.
Cloudflare provides content delivery, security, email-address protection and cookie-free Web Analytics for this site. Its injected analytics beacon reports aggregate page-view and performance information. Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not use cookies or local storage and does not collect or use visitors' personal data. See Cloudflare's Web Analytics documentation.
Croox does not use third-party advertising trackers or an embedded booking calendar on the current landing page. If we add a booking, analytics or video provider that receives personal information, this policy will be updated before that integration is used.
Retention
Scan enquiries are retained for up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact, unless you ask for deletion sooner or a longer period is needed for an active business relationship, dispute, legal obligation or security record.
Correction and deletion
You can ask to see, correct or delete information submitted through this website by emailing [email protected]. We may ask you to verify that you control the email address connected with the request.
Security
Croox uses HTTPS and limits public access to submitted form data. No online system is completely risk-free, so please do not submit passwords, credentials, sensitive client records or production data through the landing-page form.
Changes to this policy
Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
