Client reporting
Gather source data, reconcile definitions, draft commentary and secure approval. Find whether collection, corrections or waiting accounts for the largest delay.
Map an agency reporting workflow →For U.S. agencies, consultancies and service teams
Croox helps B2B teams investigate recurring work, choose a practical change and scope implementation around evidence. Start with one workflow: client reporting, intake, onboarding or a handoff that keeps stalling.
These are starting points for a diagnostic, each with its own evidence and approval requirements. Your systems and access determine what can be implemented.
Gather source data, reconcile definitions, draft commentary and secure approval. Find whether collection, corrections or waiting accounts for the largest delay.
Map an agency reporting workflow →Follow a signed engagement through required information, access, ownership and kickoff readiness. Identify missing inputs and who resolves them before promising an automated handoff.
Turn authorized evidence into a reviewable brief or next step. Keep sources, exceptions and the person responsible for approving an external action visible.
Inspect a recorded research output →A tool recommendation is useful only after the problem is clear. We map the trigger, accepted output, systems, handoffs and owner. Then we examine operating evidence: active work, waiting, rework, errors and the cost of maintaining the process.
The options may include a clearer input checklist, an existing feature in your software, an integration, a custom workflow or an AI-assisted task with human review. If the evidence does not justify a build, the recommendation can be preparation or no build.
Use the workflow cost calculator to frame an initial scenario. It separates released staff capacity from cash expenses. An estimate is a discussion input; measured results require operating evidence.
A free 20-minute conversation about one workflow, its owner and the recurring problem. No system access or obligation to continue.
Agree the fee and scope first. Receive the current-state map, baseline and evidence, constraint diagnosis, options, proof and acceptance plan, and commercial next step. See the six diagnostic deliverables.
Where implementation is justified, review a separate scope, price, dependencies, responsibilities and acceptance criteria before approval. Support, usage and third-party costs are defined in the agreement.
Read a sample diagnostic and proposal outline. The Northstar example is fictional and shows the decision structure; it is not a client result.
Croox is based in Bengaluru and offers remote engagements to U.S. agencies and consultancies. Before work starts, agree the meeting time zone, review cadence, workflow owner and response expectations.
Bring a redacted example of the work and the rough numbers you already have. Access comes later, only if required by the agreed scope. Define which records can be used, who approves client-facing outputs and what happens when data is missing or a connection fails.
Any implementation proposal should spell out hosting, account ownership, authorized connections, human approval, manual fallback and exit responsibilities. A named software product on your stack is not proof of an available integration; compatibility needs checking.
A useful starting point is recurring work with a named owner, an observable output and a problem you can describe. If the process changes every time or the evidence cannot be shared, the next step may be documentation or measurement before automation.
The fit conversation is free. The diagnostic is a separate paid engagement with its fee agreed before it starts. Implementation is custom and quoted after diagnosis. There is no universal implementation price or automatic commitment to a build.
Inspect the recorded Company Research and Web Fetch demos, including sources, output and limitations. These demonstrate bounded executions. They do not establish client savings or that your intended workflow has already passed acceptance.
