The Free Operational Fit Scan is a free 20-minute conversation to check fit for one recurring workflow. It does not include a validated baseline, technical plan, detailed diagnostic report or implementation quote. Croox may decline or reschedule requests outside the scope or without an available workflow owner.

Public examples are illustrative unless explicitly labelled recorded evidence. Estimates depend on their inputs and are not audits, guarantees or promises of savings. Missing evidence remains visible.

Provide only information you are authorised to share. Do not submit credentials, tokens, sensitive client records or production data through the website form.

Your data remains yours. Rights to engagement deliverables are set out in the written agreement. Croox retains its reusable methods, platform, templates and technology. Console or API access does not grant platform source code, self-hosting rights or server access unless explicitly agreed.

Every Croox implementation is custom. We first diagnose the workflow, data, systems and operating requirements. Where a build is justified, you receive a scoped proposal with pricing, responsibilities and acceptance criteria before deciding whether to proceed. The diagnostic is a separate paid engagement, with its fee agreed before it begins. You are not committed to implementation. Support, usage, third-party costs, data handling, acceptance, export and exit responsibilities are defined in the applicable proposal and written agreement. No paid work or production access is authorised by submitting the website form.

The website may be changed or interrupted. External links remain subject to those services’ terms. The site describes the public offer; the signed engagement agreement defines the applicable delivery, payment, cancellation and other commercial terms.
