Website and Scan Terms

These terms cover use of croox.io and the free Workflow Cost Scan. A paid implementation, if proposed, will use a separate written agreement.

The free scan

The Workflow Cost Scan is a short diagnostic conversation about one recurring workflow. Croox may use client-provided and publicly available information to prepare a one-page Operational Gap Brief.

The scan is free and does not require you to purchase implementation. Croox may decline or reschedule a request when the workflow is outside the offer's scope or the required process owner is unavailable.

Directional information

Any baseline, cost, capacity, time or improvement estimate is directional. It depends on the completeness and accuracy of the information available and is not an audit, guarantee, financial opinion or promise of savings.

Your responsibilities

Please provide information you are authorized to share. Do not submit passwords, access tokens, regulated records, confidential client data or production-system credentials through the website form.

The brief

You may keep and use the brief for your internal evaluation. Croox retains ownership of its general methods, templates, reusable tools and know-how. Information specific to your company remains yours.

Optional paid pilot

When the evidence supports implementation, Croox may propose an optional paid pilot with its own scope, price, responsibilities, acceptance criteria, data terms and schedule. No paid work begins through submission of the landing-page form alone.

Website availability

Croox aims to keep the website accurate and available, but the site may be changed, interrupted or withdrawn. Links to external services, when present, are provided for convenience and remain subject to those services' terms.
